Shailcon I-93 is a polyalkylene glycol (PAG)-based, water-soluble quenchant designed for heat treatment processes. It is a blend of organic polymers and corrosion inhibitors, providing controlled cooling rates while minimizing residual stresses and part distortion during quenching. It is diluted with water to the desired working concentration before use, making it suitable for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
